Mr. Bubacarr Drammeh is the Director of  Human Resource Department of GMA. Mr. Drammeh is responsible for recruitment, and management of employees with respect to staff welfare, staff remuneration, implementation of disciplinary measures, and administration of the Human Resource Management Information System. He analyses and modify compensation and benefit policies to establish competitive remuneration and ensure compliance with legal requirements. The Senior HR Manager also represents GMA at personnel related hearings and investigations.
